BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (March 28, 2024) – Timothy P. Donahue, Sr., sole shareholder of local law firm Donahue & Associates LLC from 2002 until early 2024, recently joined Upchurch Watson White & Max Mediation Group as a full-time neutral.

Mr. Donahue’s litigation practice focused on governmental and municipal law, employment law, construction, products liability, and workers’ compensation. Also, as a Certified Court Mediator since 2012, he regularly assisted attorneys, businesses and individuals in resolving lawsuits and disputes by providing mediation and other dispute resolution services.

Although he is a 40-year litigator, Mr. Donahue continues to demonstrate his belief that mediation is the most efficient, expeditious and cost-effective way to handle controversies.

He has tried over 150 jury trials from both the plaintiff and defendant perspective and was selected as a Fellow by the Litigation Counsel of America, an invitation-only society consisting of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers.

Mr. Donahue uses his knowledge of the law and the skills and experience developed throughout his career in the resolution of lawsuits and in providing other dispute resolution services throughout the state.
