ATLANTA  (Sept. 20, 2023) – Great Place to Work® and Fortune magazine have again recognized Thrive Senior Living as one of the 2023 Best Workplaces in Aging Services. This is Thrive Senior Living’s third time being named to this prestigious list, this year coming in at second place. Earning a spot means that Thrive Senior Living is one of the best companies to work for in the country.

The Best Workplaces in Aging Services award is based on analysis of survey responses from more than 140,000 employees from Great Place to Work-Certified companies in the aging services industry. In that survey, 86% of Thrive Senior Living employees said the organization is a great place to work. This number is 57% higher than the average U.S. company.
